During the late 1990s professional musician Des Hopkins saw a void in the Irish entertainment industry. Continually frustrated by the lack of a unified and first class entertainment agency,  Des and his wife Nuala started DH Entertainment in 2000 to fill that void. From their office in Clane Co Kildare Ireland  they have connections to over one hundred national and international artists. They book and source bands, musicians, singers and general entertainment acts for many of Ireland's major hotels and festivals, as well as private parties, corporate functions and weddings. It is Des's vast experience in the music business both as a band manger, drummer and session musician that gives DH Entertainment the edge as a booking agency. His intimate knowledge of the Irish music and entertainment scene ensures that they only use the best and most professional people in the entertainment industry.
